After you have finished the questionnaire, you will meet your hygienist who will review your history and clarify your concerns to communicate these to the Doctor.
The hygienist will take x-rays and give them to the doctor to be reviewed.
Then you will meet with the doctor for a full clinical exam.
Once your concerns have been addressed the doctor will communicate a treatment plan for your consideration.
Front desk will make future appointments for treatment and assist with payment options.
Prepare your medical and dental history or an update.
Bring a list of current medications.
Write down any concerns or questions you have.
Yes, we will accommodate a same day appointment whenever possible.
